Why?
As of version 2.7, the Baja Engine now includes an integrated level editor. This is a huge step forward, as Baja will no longer require the user to purchase a separate level editor.
Unfortunately, at the current time the editor is a work in progress so we want to limit the number of downloads and work with individuals so that they aren't surprised by the 'undocumented behavior' that they encounter. When the editor is stable these download restrictions will no longer apply.
